The Fiocco designer bed is born from the evolution of its namesake designer headboard, completed by an exclusive bed base specifically conceived to enhance its character and distinctive aesthetic identity.
Its signature folding wooden wings transform the headboard into a dynamic element, creating a new dialogue between the bed and the surrounding space. The structure is crafted from CNC-milled wood with a solid elm and walnut edge. The edges and curves are shaped by hand using a multilayer technique that enhances the softness and fluidity of its forms. An oil finish protects the wood while highlighting its natural materiality.
“I was interested in exploring its potential as an interface between body, objects and environment, giving the bed an even more intimate and personal dimension. Fiocco redefines the role of the headboard, transforming it into a dynamic element of everyday life. Thanks to its versatility, it becomes a functional surface suited to multiple uses: a support for books, personal objects, electronic devices or a cup of coffee.
