Bend-e reinterprets the art of iron forging in a contemporary way, blending knowledge handed down over time with a clean and current aesthetic. The bed stands out for its structure: headboard and footboard form a single element, fully upholstered in fabric and supported by wrought iron legs that balance lightness and solidity. The iron, hand pigmented with natural powders and finished with beeswax, enhances the material irregularity of the workmanship, making each piece unique.
The design originates from the desire to enhance local craftsmanship and materials, transforming them into a visual and formal language capable of expressing the roots and culture of the territory.
