Bolzan took shape in the early 1990s as a small family-run business deeply rooted in the local community and a culture of craftsmanship built on time, care, and attention to detail.
Our work has evolved through dialogue with local people, supply chains, and expertise. We see sustainability as an open journey, driven by innovation and mindful of resources, people, and local craftsmanship. Bolzan pursues low-impact solutions and has turned Zero Waste into a creative approach, making design a shared story and sustainability a tangible value.
We select certified and sustainable materials—recycled and recyclable—from wood and upholstery to aluminum and padding. We adopt essential, low-impact packaging designed to protect both the products and the environment.
Over the years, alongside fabrics and padding, we have developed in-house carpentry and production systems that enable us to create furnishings beyond the bedroom. The load-bearing structures—the true “soul” of Bolzan products—are solid and precise in every detail, inside and out, reflecting the care of a meticulous manufacturing process.
The Bolzan collection is born from a dialogue with local and international designers and design studios—a research journey guided by a shared vision of contemporary living.
