In itinere is a magazine, a collective laboratory, the open space in which we wanted to gather journalists, designers, artisans and other companies to discuss and reflect on the stories of the design world held together by a precise and special thread: the vocation to the territory and respect for the earth. There is always a need for a new space to cultivate ideas, if that space is genuine.

The stories in this issue revolve around the Jack bed, designed and built to enhance an area full of manufacturing, part of that fabric of small and medium-sized enterprises located in the North East that has made and still makes Italian design great in the world. The theme is environmental sustainability, experienced by the protagonists of these stories as an ethical vocation and not just as an obligation or a fad. More stories and other themes with new protagonists will come in the future, always along the thread that unites quality of work, ethics, innovation, design and love for the Earth.
